I have now tried everything I know of to make this patch work. I have been unable to play the game since it transferred to Pearl abyss. I put in a ticket with support over a week ago now, and heard nothing back except they rec'd the ticket. I am seriously considering just quitting the game for good at this point. The exact message I get is:  "Cannot download the patch client. Restart the launcher with a stable internet connection or use the scanfiles function"  I have done all of this. My internet connection is hardwired - not wireless.  I also deleted the paz temp file as someone suggested.  Tried a fresh install on my C drive (it had been on my E drive) I flushed my dns, reset TCP/IP, and reset the winsock as well - NOTHING works. How do I resolve this - ?  

Good luck, devs have completely ignored this issue, or havent resolved it yet, this will probably happen every update and you have to delete random pad/paz files, and rince and repeat, and replace and fail and error, every fucking week a new patch arrives, good luck! Black desert online.
