Im sure that not only market price is centrally controlled in this game. Numbers of items too and not only on market.

Loot scrolls and any other "Drop rate buffs" do not work on the Neve stepps piece. In fact loot scrolls do not work on any gathering period. The only thing those loot scrolls did was increase the chance of getting the hunting quest and the event drop items, ie the [Event] Gentle Spring Breeze Petal.
Also 3 hours of hunting means nothing if we don't know your kill speed. 1 person hunting for 1 hour could get 15k meat, another could spend 3 hours hunting inefficently and get 8k meat, both players using the exact same gear on the same mobs at the same rotation.

Cheer up, I would be happy to get a potion piece after 4 hours of grinding beause I have spent nearly 10~12 hours so far on my grind these past two weeks and NOTHING.
Your character either has good luck or it doesn't. Evidently she doesn't, at least for drops. Enhancing I would say she's above average though but still no PEN. :P

Hunting mastery has no effect whatsoever on the chances of getting a part of the infinity potion.
Don't do this hunting for infinity potion part because it's a scam (last time, same event, I was grinding wolves in narcion for 3 days and I didn't even get one mini treasuere part). Stay with ferrica and ferrina because in several seconds you have 10-15 corpses to skin, and at the same time, you will kill 1-2 wolves (hunting).

What loot scroll does not effect grind not gather grind feather wolves on Navarn Steppe? Stop type bullshit.

Mate. Its event drop should be better for everyone. Imagine i have a guy in my guild who spend 4 HOURS YES 4 HOURS and got full 3 HP potion pieces. Imagine that. All drop events suck in this game. You have no proof that these events even work...
