First off the "Gorilla" test tells us nothing. Gorillas are DemiHuman not Kamasylvian mobs. (note the icon next to their HP bar at the top of the screen)
The Leopard died slightly faster on Narc, and it looks like Narc did better on the Thornwood mobs by a fraction as well. Due to Criticals and RNG no one will be able to tell for sure based on 1 mob or 1 fight. It does look like they both performed near identical when actually vs Kamasylvian mobs.
