Description in patch notes:
- You can obtain your very own "Registration: Fwuzzy Alpaca" item by accepting and proceeding with the "Befwend Fuzzy Alpaca" questline through Seiri the NPC in Duvencrune.
* Requires a Lv. 50 or higher Shai character. Available once per family. Can be accepted from Quests (O) - Suggested tab.
* Upon completing the "Befwend Fuzzy Alpaca" quest, you will be able to accept the following quest after mnight. You will need to accept and complete quests for an additional 5 days.
- Fwuzzy Alpacas can be leveled up to Lv. 15.
- Your alpaca can use the following skills (up to 7) depending on its level.
* The Fwuzzy Alpaca will already have learned the "Ptooey" skill at Lv. 1.
Fact:
Alpaca is a mount only accesible by 1 per account/family. Skills cannot be random, and a possibility.
As the description indicates, the skills are learned by level and a level 15 Alpaca should have all their skills.
Otherwise you are blocking the possibility of having a complete Alpaca to an entire account since there is no other way to get it.

I was just about to start a thread on this.
PLEASE make the Alpaca obtainable once per Shai and not once per family!
PLEASE if you insist on adding these types of skills, don't make them RNG! P'TOOEY!
Also, how come people have their Alpaca already? I saw people riding them yesterday but the last quest is coming tonight???

My Alpaka didnt learn all skill ether. Two Skills didnt come.
I will write a Ticket to the support. It is in my eyes absolutly bullshit, if you have not the chance to get all the skills on one alpaka, but you cant get another one.
Its another hit in the Face of the Shai. I think the Developers makes Bad Jokes with the Shai Player.

Seems like they want us to use Reset Mount Growth on Alpacas too, so they want us to pay for it.
This is where the trap is.

I understand from your ticket that you successfully levelled up your Fwuzzy Alpaca to level 15, but that you d not obtain the 7 skills available for it and wanted to know why. Unfortunately, you should know that the number of skills your Alpaca can learn through levelling is random and as such, it's not guaranteed that by reaching max level your Alpaca will have learned all the 7 available skills. In case you're not satisfied with the 5 skills your mount has learned, you can always reset its level with a "Reset Mount" to get it to level 1 again and start the levelling up process to try and learn more skills. Entirely not related to your post, but will say it all the same: I think the alpaca should have a two-seater skill (shai only).

I get the Information from the Support, that the Alpaka can learn only 5 from the 7 skills...
