Black Desert will begin in a moment.

Install the Black Desert Launcher if the game doesn't start.

Install the Black Desert Launcher to start the game.

The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

I have one single suggestion both for Coupon Code and OTP Code re-tries:

Condition of occurence:

★ 3 failed entry attempts

Triggered action for OTP: 

★ Notification is displayed:

Reminder - Please be advised that you have endered invalid code 3-times. Your account will be locked for 24h if you fail to authenticate 10-times. You have 7-re-tries left. Please consider using alternate method [Backup OTP Codes] to authenticate.

Reason:

⍟ Currently we do receive such notification when it is too late and the backup codes for the OTP can't be used anymore.

Triggered action for Coupon Code:

★ Notification is displayed:

Reminder - Please be advised that you have endered inval code 3-times. Your will not be able to use Coupon Code function for 2h if you try to redeem 10 invalid codes. You have 7 more attempts.

Reason:

⍟ Currently we do receive such notification when it is too late and we can no longer redeem codes.

I'm sure that the Customer Experience would increase if such notification would be added.

The coupon code thing is annoying because it doesn't really tell you if wrote it wrong or if you claimed it. The prompt is something like "The code you have entered is invalid". If you already claimed it, it shouldn't count against you because sometimes there are events where there are 20+ coupon codes and they release them every day and it's hard to keep track on what you redeemed. At least they tell you if it's no longer valid but that counts against you.

Then, when you do type in a coupon you have to open the menu again or if it's wrong, you have to manually backspace everything. They could do with a clear all button. ;)

Typing in the code is also pretty bad. Why does the code have to be separated into different boxes? One box should be sufficient since half of the errors are caused by the input not being recognized (since it's really laggy) and it's hard to fix what was wrong.
