I can't speak for the rest of the BDO population, however I would like to point out.  I would rather a few people who pay attention, be allowed to make a few extra silver because a large change like the Vell's Powder being craftable, than to be locked out of the CM during primetime game play.  Just do the CM changes at maintenance rather than at 5pm Pacific time when everyone is just getting home from work.
