No we got no confirmation about the season starting date .. Maybe a GM would be cool enought to confirm that ?
And you can associate facts? The current season ends on March 30 and the pre-registration of the new class begins. Conclusion is simple: the new season starts on April 6th, that's how it used to be: a new class + a new season.

Hey!
I'm a returning player from 2018 xD It's been ages since I've played but I always knew I'd come back for the Winter content update ;o
I want to try the new class and every guide tells me to start a "Season character". Apparently, season ends in a few days, so I was wondering...
Should I start playing now? Or should I want for new one to come? + Is there any news when the new season will come out?
Any input is welcome <3

Well, you can meet the minimum requirement to get the PEN capotia this season, and make your real character next season to get another PEN Capotia.

Sage was another story. PA was working on changing the season and therefore they did not combine it with the new class. Additionally, they didn't want 99.99% of the characters in the season to be the same class again. They added a "watch" and the problem was gone.
So ... you failed.

Eh, I'll pre-create the new class, season or not. If not season, then I will sit on it until season, then timepiece to it later. At that point awakening will have been released and all the other brave early adopters will have struggled through the bugs and documented playability etc.
Assuming there is a next season. No guarantees.

What I can take from this is:
1. Most probably new season starts with the new class and winter region release (AWESOME)
2. I can start playing now because there is no advantage in waiting (aka Olvia channels for returning players)
Last question, you need to play quite a bit to get PEN Capotia ring. So how are you supposed to get it in a few days? Since the season ends in a few days after all...

They planned it that way because the winter region can be started from level 1 and PA wants players to test it.
Also more players will play new class if same time they can play season (for easy lvl up, items and season rewards).

Care to share what they planned? Is PA speaking to you in your dreams? That's ok. But if it's while you are awake, you may want to get that checked...
I do hope you're right, but several seasons have not gone according to actually published "plan": ending early, ending late, skipped season, class launch without season, season without character launch.
So that's why an official statement would be good. Public, I mean, not personal revelation, or even sensible logic.
