Ok, now I understand. Each channel working in two modes. By default as normal and if, for example, we select the "elvia check box" then it will run in elvia mode.

But it would have to constantly work on a similar basis to the fight with dark rifts because players from both modes cannot meet each other.

Yeah, we live in a PVP world, but is there really any reason for allowing a player to kill another that is completely defenseless?  Here's a thought; provide AFK lifeskillers, particularly fishermen and trainers, with an item (some type of trap or explosive) that is armed when the player has been inactive for some period of time.  If the player is attacked by another player once the device is armed, it has a chance to trigger/detonate and kill the attacking player.

I think this would be an interesting mechanic and provide a fair means for a defenseless player to protect themselves while AFK lifeskilling.  The device may or many not go off (RNG), but the attacking player is at risk in this scenario, rather than the current free-kill grief situation that exists now.

Idk about killing the other player but id say make it to where they can't die then? Like they have super armor or something.

Lvl 49.

If you go higher than that on a character, that means you're probably not only lifeskilling with it.

Personally, I would love for a PvE-only server as I just want to play my sparkly anime farming and mob killing simulator in peace, but I went into this game knowing PvP is forced upon you after reaching level 50 regardless of your preference so I just accepted it. If you only want to fight monsters, just play on less crowded servers, I currently play on one and I haven't seen a single person with PvP mode on yet.

And if you only want to life skill, as the person above me said, just stay at level 49 if you only want to farm, fish, etc. You don't really need to be above 50 for life skills anyway, it changes/improves nothing from what I know.

My BF also just suggested that if the item was purchasable for a reasonable price, ex. a couple of millions of silver, and it was single-use only (and then it discards) and you have to be wearing it (ex. ring) it would be kinda cool and acceptable/reasonable?, and I think I agree.

Yes, I agree. I think it will be interesting how they implement it, I hope they do a good job. If they do it could open up a other possibilities.

Yes, I think it's not the most wonderful idea. Let's be honest, players that go around griefing afker likeskillers aren't among the most mature playing the game (they're not PvPers). If they're killed by the 'exploding bomb' they're more than likely going to take it personally, hold a grudge, and go looking for that player in future and/or other (perhaps active) lifeskillers to take their heightened frustration out on. Violence begets violence. Things could quickly downard spiral.

Having something like a consumable item that makes a player invincible when equipped/used may be a more sensible way to go.
