Hi! :D

I've had a garden just outside Heidel for what feels like ages. Went on a break and got all the fences returned. Now I'm back to farming and suddenly I can't place them anywhere. I either get the message that I can't place them because it's a safe zone or, if I move outside the safe zone, it says "Cannot place in a conquest/Node War area".
This feels really weird, especially since I see other players farming (I assume, they're gathering invisible plants) in the exact same area.
The location is pretty much just west/southwest of Siuta in Heidel. I tried running a bit further west but got the same message about conquest etc.

I'm on Kama4, there's no node war going on in this channel and as far as I can tell, there's no war in any other channel either.
I tried googling the issue but all I found was a post from in 2019 by PA that sounds just like this problem I'm having now.

Honestly don't know how to fix this and I'm curious if anyone else is having this issue?

Edited for update: I picked up the new farming introduction quest and I can't place fences where the quest recommends me to place them either (outside of Finto Farm). I get the message "Cannot place in a conquest/Node War area".

It must be a new bug. I was able to place fences yesterday and can no longer after todays maintenance.

i got the same problem i have 7 fences down found 3 more in storage and this morning i wasnt able to play in a contested/nodewar area like idk probs a bug

Same problem. I just started the same quest myself for the free fence but can't install on the quest spots. Can't place it anywhere, even on the same area that I have my old fences at.
