this issue is, PA have not yet corrected shai damages mod.. its 29.22% of pvp to guantlets, that's before you take away the Reduction on skills.

Shai is a melee class, but they have treated it as a magical class when it comes to striker*1. Maybe this was an oversite early on, some dev made a mistake.. fair enough... but this far down the line and it's still not corrected.. Bloody JOKE!

we have asked why it is this way.. no lore given, no reasoning... so we can assume it was a mistake... one they just wont fix.. why? Well they wont tell us. Dev's playing games?

Additon;

1*) look at DK, its around 77% damage to striker? becuse it magic (yeah looks melee, but they didnt make a mistake with this class, only shai)

Look at shai damage vs all othere classes 43% to 56% (62% Counter), ninja used to be 22% but was fixed!

if you look at DK all round damage of 82 to 94% (105% counter) to all classes except striker 77%,  becuse DK is magic. that okay, we have reasons for that, magical.

95-77=18 ;striker get an average 18% extra reduction Vs DK as it magical class

56-29=27 ;striker get 27% extra average reduction from shai becuse?

Nothin about any of the classes is complex. What is considered complex in this game is baseline in virtually every other fighter. And I don't need to gather anymore knowledge to know a Shai who's looking to PVP in this game is simply a life burning masochist looking for their next fix. Good luck.

What if we jsut give striker the same damage reduction vs shai? for .. well ,we have learnt there doesn’t need to be reason... but let’s say striker is the most upstanding class in BDO and refuses to deal damage to a cute class.

Now Shai can't damage striker, and striker cant damage Shai (they never need fight)... this should be okay, unless striker classes like the easy free kills? (like knowing there is no risk for the reward) Something no other lass gets, just gauntlets... yes, the issues is striker in this topic, not Shai... (so stop tring to de-rail)

How striker get a privilege protection Vs Shai and no other class does. but I guess you have to know the game to even know this is a thing.

and why do people keep thinking shai cant pvp? i take a trial shai into normal RBF and get kills.. Shai is the class of top teir Pvpers, who are not class carried. But yet again.. has nothing to do with the topic of Strikers damage mod

Will this be addressed before Areans of solare (AOS), or. are PA seriously telling me they are gonna let gauntlets walk in into AOS with this damage mod (one no other class has, so not fair on other classes, this is separate of Shai challenges in pvp. This is about striker getting an advantage no other class gets.). 

Have to wonder what going on in the dev teams heads if they do. Shais are gonna play, we love the challenge of an average 50% damage mod (its fair). But if you’re going to leave the gauntlets’ with an advantage... well you have one team with 1-2 or even 3, I hear its possible, gauntlets and just one Shai on the other side. You haven’t just punished the shai (Creepy devs) you have punished the team and generated hate for the gauntlet class and shai class (for what reasons?), who don’t deserve to be put in this position (I have nothing against the player of gauntlets, not your fault). No lore or game mechanic reason have been put forward by PA
