We need a buff to horse races, and more promotion to make it playable again, I can't even get the weekly quest for it done. maybe you could add better rewards for participating in horse races, like things not only related to horse training so more of the community comes back to it please.

Horse racing will remain dead forever. Why?

1. Horses' unnatural way of moving.

2. Extreme stupid that when winner crosses the finish line you have only few sec to get to the finish line= no rewards for you if you don't make it.

3. Absurd horse blocking on objects of the environment (I was even the first or the second many times and .... I did not finish the race because after contact with an obstacle there is a problem to return to the track)

And if we are talking about "ordinary races" ... nobody cares because the better horse wins, better items wins, and who makes better use of the horse sprint bug wins.

I'm sure with the Training Lifeskill update that is coming (as part of PA's continued work on improving all lifeskill content) they will include improvements to Horse Racing.

Just as an FYI, if you go to the racing-chat section of the BDO horse discord, people post there to get groups together to race (usually on either Friday or Saturday evening). So, thanks to that, it's possible to race on some basis, but beyond that, horse racing is dead, and even with the horse discord, it's difficult to race often enough to consistently do the dailies that require the racing seals, let alone get resources which require them, such as Stonetail Wind's Meals.

PA clearly designed the current racing seals and dailies with the idea that people would be doing it regularly, but they failed to make it good enough to appeal to much of anyone. Just about the only people who bother are people who do a lot of horse training and what the resources that they can get with racing seals, and that's nowhere near enough players to keep the content alive. Either, PA needs to redesign horse racing so that it's fun enough for players to participate in for its own sake, and/or they need to provide significant rewards for racing which aren't related to horse training in addition to the ones for horse training.

How about not wasting more developer effort into DOA content? This is not my little ponny online. The fact that noone does horse racing shows that the players don't care.

Horses could be fine but I never had the chance to try it because I can't queue with anyone. I think that horse racing might have a lot of misconceptions behind it and if they could teach players that horse racing is like this rather than that, they might interest more people into trying.

· Do you race tier 1 horses with tier 8? Who knows! No info is shown about this.

· How can you win if someone has a max tier horse compared to your not-so-max horse? Is it pay to win meaning if you buy barding do you get an advantage?

· What's the point?

These are the types of questions that I think new players or people who have never horse raced ever would want to know and then some. Braving into the unknown is generally fine but BDO seems to have a way to punish players so people get weary to do new things without first studying about it.

Also telling adventurers that "this is why you NEED to do this" is very important. Heck, Yar doesn't even have a tutorial when you play it for the first time against igor and it leaves everyone confused on wtf we should be doing. Okay i selected the cards but now what? Why should I play Yar?  I think BDO could really use tutorials for everything, especially since it's one of the most complex MMOs on the market. Horse training included.

But i do think they have a horse event coming up like they did before.
