I got 5 embers of frost in 2 hours, to me it looks like the drop is far higher than the one at Turos.

The average on garmoth.com is 2.8 per hour in tunkuta (8140 hours) against 1.2 per hour in starlight forest (3579 hours)
(I took the most "profitable" spot, it's worse in murrowak's labyrinth)
