I am an EU player. I have had this issue for a week; I simply could not get into the game. The game just crashed after I select my character; it worked perfectly before. I tried all the solutions I could find on the internet including reinstalling the game 6 times. This drives me nuts. Could someone please help me with this? I really love the game.  

You only have 1 char and this char is level 1, which means you haven't played with this char.

So saying "it worked perfectly before" is not possible because you have not played before!

For your problem: have you tried to lower your graphic settings?

The reason why I have only 1 char and level 1 is that this account is my newly created BDO account. I used to play in NA server on Steam. I just moved to Denmark and want to play in EU server now. I tried lowering my graphic and stuff it still wont work.

The last few week of w11 patch got me some instability.  Running a scan helped me with random crash, You may have some corrupted file that make the CPU cache run chaotic like i had.

This is my go-to thing when i notice driver failure in event viewer. There are other commands you could run too but honestly it sounds more like one of the drivers broke (sound, video etc) and need to be repaired. Heck, if OP installed a windows update, that does that too.
