Mostlikely there won't be new gear after FG. That gear is already the ultimate whale milker, there is no higher from here. Like that is 1%sucess at 400fs for PEN. What would be the next gear? 0.1% chance at 400fs? They made a mistake with FG, tho no wonder, they just do stuff randomly, and see how it goes, as they themselves admited.

Also given how lazzy PA is, they will still going to prolong the FG item releases for 3more years, since it clearly takes years to create a single item kek, and at that point bdo would be probably replaced by a another flagship game for PA (Assuming they will not going to have the Shadow arena sucess again lmao)

In fact originally they planed to abaddon bdo and replace it with crimson desert, they just had issues druing development, and they no longer even advertise it as an mmo, if they even release it ever...

Also gearing is pretty meh already. If you hit the 300ish AP range, getting more AP doesn't give you noteworthy damage anyway, and for DP there are no more brackets after 401. They would need to rework the core design of the game, but they are way too lazzy to bother with it.

I got my artifact kit in the first 4 hours of grind.  Expensive lighstone kits are not mandatory, and even most of them are sub-optimal/ a joke.
Not very difficult to have a Defensive, Accuracy and pure AP Kit. And it's cheap. take barely a casual week to get them.
