Being able to make 400m an hour grinding is going to kill the economy. If it had a high barrier for entry it would be fine, but it doesn't. It's low risk, high reward right now and silver is flooding the market as we speak. Being able to buy a PEN accessory in a matter of weeks is insane. They need a serious nerf ASAP.
Right now the Silver per hour is greatly inflated, Because of the Drop event and how weapons work you make way more silver than you would without the drop event. The drop event makes weapons drop way more frequently, since they drop more frequently you get your kill rate massively boosted more frequently which leads to more drops being posible, and because of the drop rate you get more weapons. With the Tent buff, J scroll, Yellow loot scroll and the drop event you get way more than you normally would. 400m per hour is not possible without the Tent buff and Drop event, since you are dropping 50m to make that 400m you are actually only making 350m, You also have to use 2 loot scrolls not just 1 because you need to use a Yellow loot scroll.
I find it funny how prices on everything is dropping while people have access to 400m an hour. You people cried about SMH making 150m an hour, got it nerfed into the ground and now it's not even worth doing 99% of the time.

No, I believe they have everything good here.
Firstly, the amount of money needed to get up to a AP/DP bracket to fight in these areas is high so the time taken to recover that money is built into the equation.
Next, they have to give content and appropriate rewards to higher skilled geared players to keep them playing and buying the cosmetics.
Lastly, how many hours would it take to grind for a 282bil piece of armour using the new place?
Let's say you can grind for 12 hours, and you have a constant grind area (good place for the DFS cry of the person wanting to do what you are doing) and it isn't 400mil per hour but 300mil. You are talking 7.5bil A MONTH!!
Burnout will be a real issue here.

LOL all of this talk will be pretty much moot once next generation MMORPGs start hitting the market since it'll trigger a massive migration to those games and we can call it end of life for BDO or it will become a very low population game, well at least in the west I predict.

No because you also need to be running A gold loot scroll and a Jscroll or Old Moon Scroll. These "numbers" people are hitting are because of loot scroll stacking. Also if you think people are going to be able to grind Hadum Arsha undistrubed you are vastly mistaken. Arsha Stars end you end up making less money because you spend at least 1/2 the time fighting AND you can't keep your Draughts/elixirs up because every death wipes them, and then you are not running PvE cron/elixirs/draughts/perfumes because you have to PvP. On Arsha when you grind in a contested area you end up making about 75% of what you can on a regular server.

That 400m/h is with gold loot scroll + event buff, moreover people tend to exagarate a bit over their trash per hour....To be frank the people that make that much on solo grinding are in the 650-680 gs in which case every upgrade costs several bilions so that doesnt matter too much... On the other hand there are lifeskillers that can match that for a few months now so i guess not much is gonna change.....
