[Class Discussion] Shai "Awakening" Weapon and the Lack of Caphras

Is it really just a lazy lore explanation for why Shai can't use caphras, let alone use a tagged awakening weapon, on her Artina Sol? What is PA's logic for locking Shai from getting a PEN Blackstar, or PEN Dande + caphras levelled equivalent weapon? I like to play Shai, but I also just use Shai as my tag class so I'm not as impacted by those who main her. Its still lame that the little accuracy from my caphras level 5 PEN Dande is just useless for my Shai, since it doesn't transfer.

I'd try and harrass and petition PA, but I'm pretty sure this is failing on deaf ears in their case. If PA actually cared, they'd at least do something to fix this.
