I had and played tera on the console when first came out. I had 1 max character with couple of rares. I never got a email from them to move the accounts to their new site. My save was deleted just like others too. When I contact them. It was basically who cares not our faullt you didn't get a notice from email. There was others didn't get the email too.
Whlie the agent mention everyone did.
