If you started a new character in the past couple years you got basic black stones for doing the quests. If you decided you didn't want to main the new character you have a set of naru gear that they can wear and you can use them for whatever boss alts salies etc.  

But characters made before naru was introduced ended up all naked when Oasis gear was over with.

Paying 30 Blackstone's for 1 beginner stone is quite excessive, why is it that we cannot get charity low level gear like naru on our older characters without burning 3000-4000 black stones ?

It would be a great quality of life improvement if each character created before beginner Blackstone's was mailed a beginner stones package, at least then they wouldn't be useless and naked without spending silvers..

That's 3 blackstone per 1 beginner stone.  30 plus 1 blackstone powder will get you 10.

Looks like about 1B silver can purchase about the same gearscore in green gear as Naru PEN.

Quest gear does about the same, give or take. Every character can get that for the "cost" of doing the main quests.

They already gave you an option, convert the regular blackstones. OR you can just buy some random green/blue stuff they are cheap. Or delete adn recreate yoru character.

It would be a waste of developer time for such a minority issue...
