This isn't the buff I was expecting. It almost looks like there was some nerfs thrown in. Nothing to address our manuverability, defense, or enough damage. Anyone else underwhelmed?

Yes, extremely. This was a lazy approach to fixing what's actually wrong with Awk Witchards. 
-Shortened CD of Elementalization: Whoopie do, you can't even get out of range of melee AOE with it, its at best a backwards TP now
-Increased range of Hellfire: A tad increased movement distance, but you killed the damage. By show of hands, who is afraid of Wizard Damage at this point in the game? Bueller? Bueller? Exactly...
-Increased Bollide Damage: Literally the only fix that they can get a clap for. Congratz, you gave us 1 damage spell, that's slow AF, that's on par with what most every other class has right now...
-Pet fixes: Another, thanks.. but nothing special
-Barrage of Water: You reduced it by 3 seconds, made it a T3 ability, which no one will use, because it doesn't have the uptime. Does anyone put a T3 ability on Chilling Wave in PVP now? Um.. no..
-Chilling Wave Speed/Damage: Ok..
-Flames Calling- Was fine in PVE, probably still a joke in PVP.

If they took 3 steps back and looked at it like they actually played a Witchard, they'd realize most of these don't even qualify as bandaids. Any witchard they'll listen too won't say anything because they're so thankful the class/spec got something in the past 5 years they're afraid to.
The biggest problem of all, which is defense/mobility, comletely ignored(No Backwards TP on a 7 second CD doesn't count). 
They should have put +x% evasion buff on Aqua Jail and let us try to build to dodge damage instead of eat it as a nuke turret... 
Building DR on Awak Wiz maybe, MAYBE lets you get off 1 more ability in an SA trade? We should have the option with the spec to build Evasion, since WE ARE a Melee class.

Overall, underwhelming changes that don't address core problems. 1/10

P.S - Factor in Class Damage Ratios for Witchards and any change they make to damage, outside of increasing it by a flat 20% is an absolute joke..
