It's been almost a month that game is unplayable for me. After a certain recent patch,  Lag is extreme, and when i log in or switch server, there is a massive delay before I can interact with NPCs or see stuff moving. 

Many players I know that have the same ISP (TIM/TELECOM ITALIA) have the same trouble. The only way we could make it work properly is using Exitlag. 

My speedtest is good, My packet loss tests are good as well. 

Also, I play from office and from my house, and both locations have the same ISP and both locations have the same issue and this means it's 100% not a issue on my side.

I've sent a ticket already but the support team claims it's a issue on my side. 

Game has had the same identical issue in the past (after PA took over maybe? I don't exactly recall) when their servers somehow clashed with certain ISPs with the game resulting this unplayable for any user who had those specific ISPs. They fixed it with a patch so I assume they can do it this time too.

Please fix it, I don't want to be forced to pay a service (exitlag) in order to play this game properly.

it is a shame to have to pay extra service to play this shit game, I also have this problem, solve it as soon as possible because it is inconceivable that the only game not working is yours
