PA please fix the player character skin! :(

It just dosent look great. Has anyone had this problem where lines fade into existence on your character skin upon logging in? They stay there, darkening sometimes under certain light conditions. In the character creator there are no lines:

PA agreed when I tried support a few months ago saying: "I'm sorry to see that your Wizard looks more like a character from The Witcher than Black Desert!" but they couldn't find a solution and are: "still investigating the issue thoroughly."

Anyone know of a way to remove these lines?
