Spam, spam, spam. Omegle, omegle, omegle. That's all we see these days.
Guests create posts that sound like it's a question about the game, or an opinion and then 2 or 3 days later, they edit their post and poof, spam link.
The posts are reported but no one is around to delete them. Sometimes they get deleted, sometimes.
Generally forums have software based rules that govern this so spam can be reduced significantly like say-- OP can't edit their thread after an hour or if it's about a game, guests can't post anything, only those who bought the game.
Guests can use the contact form if they have any questions or concerns but the forums should be a privillege for those who bought the game either on steam or on the main site / mobile. Anyone else agree?
Don't touch edition of posts, please. People, especially me, do make mistakes and being able to add/correct something is great. Buying the game and/or having at least one 60lvl char seems reasonable requirement.
PA don't care, they never was and never will be, they value 3rd party platforms w/o any validations more than their own forum.
They could just post the link to begin with. No reason to edit the post.
You are against freedom of speach and honesty. You don't comprehend the bigger picture. Companies moderate reddit, twitter, and other mediums to their own benefit. Not just their own forums.
You wouldn't happen to believe they have an agenda or something to protect do you? You can't understand the level of censorship and control that can happen?
You have no idea what many companies have done and how much information they have buried to protect their sales.
BS
I'm not against freedom of speech, I'm a huge proponent of it actually. I don't know what your point is so there's nothing that I can really respond to. You also have no game account linked so I'm guessing you'll edit your post later for spam.

Fair, they do have a track record of this. Anyone who disagrees, feel free to post your evidence.

We all make mistakes and your point is very valid, though my point was that different forums have different methods to deal with spam and preventing edit after a period of time is a way to do it. I'm not for this method, rather I would rather they force people to have an active account if they want to post here. It should be a privillege to post here for those who have the game, not a free-for-all spam ranch. ;)
