Only 15 seconds of water running for T10 Dine?

This seems really weak. I was hoping to be able to use this horse to run to Papua Crinea Island without having to deal with the hassle of a boat. Very dissapointing.

Yeah, it's pretty pathetic. Apparently, you can't get to Illya with it either, even if you manage to get to the closest island and run to it from there. I have no clue why they thought that 15 seconds was enough to be useful. It's a joke. The T10 Dine is pretty much just good as a flex, which is pretty dumb given how hard it is to get.

Sea content was pretty much dead already with no new updates except more cashcow skins for boats.
Now you have useless horse ability with useless sea content. Sell extra dines if you have.

It is not even 15sec.When youu use skills the water stamina (the blue bar) is emptied pretty quickly and you can't even reach the small island next too the training dummy in the water next to velia dock
The only thing you can do is to jump all the time in the water and hope you reach the next island
