The pearl shop patch notes say there's a... Cosplay Party Outfit Box x1 for on the pearl shop, but I cannot find it anywhere???

Hello,
Just to clarify as there are two similar items.
The Cosplay Box is only available for new adventurers. While the Costume Box is not available if you are residing in Belgium or the Netherlands due to the anti loot boxes law.

I'm in the US and I also don't see cosplay box for sale in pearl shop
