Do they not play the game? just curious succ nova is a really weak state

Yeah, I have no idea. I play Awakening Nova and the PVE hasn't ever been an issue yet they keep buffing it. Succ Nova, on the other hand...

I'd love for it to be good so I can swap spec and chill with a different playstyle without completely destroying my trash per hour. 

Weak state in what specifically? I'm out of the loop and I don't really know what the concensus for succ nova is lately other than her PvE is usually rated the worst in everyone's tierlist.

Her quoratum's opening takes too much stamina, has a very long animation, and can only be used every 1.5s with icy fog. When you go play in RBF you'll notice very quickly that many character's regular run speed is faster than her dash with icy fog included. You'll never be able to catch up to your allies. Also you can only cancel the latter 1/3rd of the animation and it's hard to make fine movements for PvE.

It feels like the whole cycle between "icy fog->quoratum's opening->repeat" needs to take 1s instead of 1.5s.
