Takes a while second to cast and for SA to kick in on shais debuff skills (Misty haze Deluvie light), well ,fair enough, very hard to pull of in group PvP and it is a group attacking skill (AOE) so….

Lets make a deal, if shai take that risk pulls of a de buff, everyone is to slow or unskilled to get out of the way.. Reward that PVP move; make it 50% at PEN (pvp only), bring it upto speed with the rest of the game. eveyone moving faster, protections all over the place.

those are already strongest debuffs in the game (pve and pvp) plus they stack on top of everything else other people use for debuffs.

if shais need or want buffs, this is definately not the way to go about it.

imho.

id rather ask some sort of unique ability for shais that can somehow debuff/affect sorcs and similar things in their iframes. maybe also attack stamina bar, blocks etc. 

maybe a skill that cancels PA effects and applies that debuff PA cast puts on people.....

u know, make them mischevious kids that pwn you without actually damaging you (would fit thier current ingame role and lore).

i think they were designed that way at first? had zero pvp damage, but didnt even work for Korea market. Would be an intrestng thing to see :(
