There is no reason why the knowledge for this boss has to behave different from all the others. If you're scared about the increased drop rate with more people having S ranks: Garmoth's Heart currently has over 800 POs on EU and many people never dropped one in years of religiously killing Garmoth. So increasing the number of hearts would just be a positive side effect.

It sucks that it is simply impossible to obtain a higher tier grade for Garmoth's knowledge.
Please fix this ASAP PA!
