Please give Maehwa the ability to use arrows at any time to better fit her playstyle

Compare to Kunoichi who can use Kunai whenever the situation calls for it.

I would like to invest resources in an upgraded sub weapon but feel that it's a waste without being able to use it effectively .

Succession Maehwa has a good kit but isn't able to use the whole kit because of the bow limitations. 

I agree.  Musa's and Maehwa's horn bows don't do amazing damage, so allowing them to fire more often wouldn't make them that unbalanced.  They're not just sword-swinging machines.  It's like saying that Ranger can only stab once like Witch, or that she can only sing her sword once.  Give our characters more depth and dimensions!  Let them use two or three different weapons, to fit our individual styles!

I know that there was quite an uproar when they initially made changes to the bow after the reworks. I'm not putting the idea of improving the bow skills on the table because I want to dominate, the reason is based on fluidity.  I have the best of both worlds with my Ranger and she's just plain amazing. 

The current state creates a gap basically that causes attempting to utilize it a hinderance because it disrupts the flow of skills which leaves me feeling like I have a sub weapon that's yielding negative results.

I don't know if anyone really utilizes a sub weapon that much anyway but to be fair, it is part of the class description for the bow to be used.
