I have 600 Acoin on my account that I can't use due to there isn't an option to use it. Maybe have a balance auto apply upon a new purchase? Customer Service can't convert them to pearls, I can't add to it to buy pearls so it just sits there unused. I find this to be odd that there wouldn't be an option to use any balance on your account. I know the amount is small but I wonder how many accounts have Acoin, aka real money, trapped due to lack of options to use it. Please give me a way to use my balance.

You probably bought a package that was on sale which would have resulted on having a surpruls of ACoins. That's why I find their sales to be stupid because you might save 600 A-Coins but you can't use it. It negates itself right away and that's wrong. I think A-Coins can be refunded but not pearls unless there's a good circumstance for it. There may be a time limit on your refund as well. However, it's wrong for them to just keep your $6 where you can do nothing with it. I don't even know if it's legal to do so.

My biggest gripe was this expensive armor I got for my shai, forgot what it was called. It was black, had a cape and was really cool with blackstar on her back. I got it so i could wear it with my blackstar. What happened? They patched it so you couldn't wear the boomerang anymore. Now that $40 costume is dusty in my pearl closet. Feels bad. Careful what you buy and when you buy it and always look it up before purchase.

I have been back and forth with support and they said to post the Acoin issue here  as the devs read these. They claim that they don't have a way to convert your balance to pearls and the Acoin is non refundable. I am stuck with a balance that I can't use. I find this very strange that a company has no channels to let the consumer spend their own money. If they just had the option to apply account balance to a purchase that would clear up any stuck Acoin in a very easy manor.

That sucks about the outfit and changes they make without regard to what players have already spent their money on. I hope they make a fix for that somehow. Reminds me of the camo change. 

I think customer service was lied to. Devs don't read these posts. If they did, they don't seem to care what we think, otherwise BDO would be a much different (better) game. I'd like to see just once a dev comment in these threads and say "Actually, we do listen. We're just not allowed to comment on anything." That would be more understanding than not getting any feedback, ever.

Same here I have 600 acoin just sitting there. I would like to convert them to pearls!
