Lets skip comendy about "its work as intented" and etc. FPS= DPS is exploit, playing at  runescape graphics to achieve more FPS that directly effect game mechanics is exploit.

With reclaming two leading in exploit/hacking regions will PA adress FPS exploit ?

I don't know what kind of strategies that going over 60fps implies, the game wont feel as smooth yes but FPS = more damage is just absolutely nuts.

Yes, plausible. I have this tinfoil where they have deals from hardware industries. But whatever it is, I don't think it's something they're unable to solve but rather they don't want to solve it because it gives an extra advantage to those who has a monster machine and that's the kind of customer bdo want to attract the most I think.

Last time they tried to fix it, it ended up breaking the game so they hotfix removed the change again.

I think after that they gave up on it.

This isn't an exploit, and they never will fix it.

I don't know what even changing from kakao have to do with this, as PA was the developer all along, kako didn't matter in this question.

Even fps cap wouldn't change anything, as the frame times matter at the end, not the fps...

What you see happening on your screen and what is actually happening on the server are very different.   Whether you are lagging out or moving smoothly because your computer/settings are good or not, isnt an exploit.

Your FPS do not affect the speed at which your character moves with in the server itself.  Now if you could somehow get your Nova to move around in the sever faster then any other Nova's.  That would be an exploit. 

again.. what you see on your screen, and whats actually happening on the server are not always the same.  How can lowering your graphics allows to you to view the speed of the server correctly be an exploit?
