I'm sure some of you are as irritated as I am, reading the patch note and seeing the extra guard break on air strike that was supposed to get moved to wheel of fortune on the global lab, last minute got put on shadow bullet instead. Even tho GL since then made no mention of shadow bullet. PA claimed that effect was too difficult to use on air strike so they decided to put it on a skill, last minute, that 1: is unprotected like air strike, and 2: has a projectile with a mind of its own. Honestly it has like a 50/50 chance to not even register a hit on what it collides with. 

Imo the change is better. Wheel is still a melee skill and you can easily be grabbed out of it. Bullet has a lower CD and allows you to use it from a slight range. While wheel could have had the AoE Guard decrease effect, i suppose PA thought this would be too strong. I dont think the change to bullet was a bad change, though it remains to be seen how the hit registry issues with the skill will affect it.

its now ranged gauge break utility for when u see that pesky valk/guard/nova/whatever q blocking multiple people.
