Hi,
I've recently noticed that the character "grunt" voices when taking damage or getting CCed has been changed without any mention on patch notes. For some of us who play with sound on, the character's voice reactions to normal mob attack damage and different types of CCs are an important way to distinguish combat process, especially when tabbed out of the game while grinding casually.
Previously, the default voice of player characters had different and more noticeable voice effects when damaged normally (during non-combat stance) and being knocked back or knocked down, after the stealth patch (probably a week or two ago, it was quite recent), the normal damage voice effects were changed and became nearly unnoticeable compared to knockdown voice effects. This made it more confusing to distinguish different types of combat damage and CCs when grinding casually with sound on, and can be very confusing during autopathing as well when I am attacked by another player or stuck in a road by an aggressive monster.
I have noticed this on some, but not all classes. Affected classes that I am aware of include Corsair, Lahn, and Ranger.
This is another example of a stealth change that nobody requested and did not improve the game experience but instead made it more confusing for some players. Please revert this stealth update.
Thanks,
