Although regarding:

I would prefer that Tear usage only resets if aggressor as been defeated by retaliator. And limit node spawn to 3 revives and force town spawn until aggressor as been defeated by retaliator.

Personally, I don't mind the guild war changes, if anything they need to make karma family-wide. Also, they should change it so that the crystals destroyed on death from having negative karma, are the ones that are in the gear equipped; So many risk-averse red players out there abusing the trade goods or junk crystals in inventory loophole. There needs to be a cost for being toxic just for the sake of getting a reaction.

I have never had an issue with people at grind spots, as most people are decent human beings. If I see someone at a spot, I will either go elsewhere or do something else. Most of the time that people see me at a spot it's usually the same, I can count the amount of times I have been attacked or asked to duel, on two hands at most. I've literally been killed by players more when I was auto-pathing to a town or to somewhere else than I have been killed or asked to duel in grind spots.

Also, I have to agree with Columba with saying, use some self-control. :)
