I think in a 'pvp' game, it's interesting how people can't handle competition or it makes them so angry.

This. Many people (in forums and in the game ofc) think that competition is bad thing. They complain about PvP, but if PvP is gone they gona complain about outfarming...

I don't mind competition.  I do mind people whining about karma loss when they gank undergeared players, and I am loving the crying now that mob feeding will earn bans.  I can't wait to report people.

Sure, I can't wait to see you spend time reporting without result. It is more complicated than "mob feeding = ban". 

That sad sad moment when people have to start recording themselves playing a game to prevent griefing.

Thus is the dichotomy of open world PvP... one player's PvP is another player's harrassment. 

That being said, mob feeding is NOT PvP. It is, by definition, PvX which is not a defined aspect of this game. You are either fighting a player OR fighting a mob, not both. So I am glad that PA (at least in Japan) is taking action on mob feeding.

I mean, when I'm minding my business on a spot and someone decides to interfere with what I'm doing, no matter how he does it, he's the one creating the conflict. If it ends up with him being mob fed, he will still be the one who created the initial spark.

And yes, when someone is clearly following the same path than me, I know his intent. He wants this conflict. And as I was the first one here, I don't see why the conflict should be settled by his rules. That's not a matter of "my spot" or something like that, but a matter of "who is trying to interfere with the player present on the spot".

wheh. I dunno. I don't think anyone is promised a S per Hr and expecting max gains is kind of a joke. It'd be more realistic to play like this: I play AIMING for max gains and kill people that I have to in order to achieve that. However, it's more like people play go in expecting max gains, put all their scrolls on, and then get SUPER MAD when anything doesn't go their way. Haha. Which is cool... pvp is cool. That's why arsha is cool because their pvp flag system is aids. Arsha is fine tho. It's like you gotta stop farming to keep me from farming and I'll still out farm you sooo.

And if people are mad at that, they can try to kill me, then it becomes FUN. It's not that serious. It seems so autistic when people obsess over rotations and silver per hour IMO. Lighten up a bit. It's amazing to have played BDO for a long time and still feel that worried about minor things. I mean losing a little money is not a huge deal. It's part of the game. To say it isn't IMO is wrong.
