I don't really care, no one want to see you people witching hunting and spamming insults on a public forum over your petty grievances. Fact is the second past made in this thread was someone insulting Columba before Columba even posted in this thread. Thus why it now deleted. An it always the same exact 3 users day an night non stop. I've only started paying attention to these forums for a month an it easy to see certain the problem individuels not worth engaging a conversation with, an their post history that are literally just page after page of admin deleted post makes me question why they haven't been banned yet.
I didn't want to type anything in this thread, considering that it went in another direction, but all I am saying is this: Everything one does is doing it for him/herself. One can't expect actions without consequences. And there are those, who are desperate for attention and I prefer not to bother replying to "badly programmed bots" spamming almost all the time. Because they systematically repeat one and same and fail to see the real point of what was discussed. Which also means waste of words and time.
I personally avoid almost all the time typing to such individuals. Also how can I give respect to somebody spreading misinformation, bias, lies or intentionally not reading posts and misinterpret what's being said?
And as for the topic, I'll give a short and clear reply: It's only in Japan. They should also get rid of one other form of unsportsmanship, which I am not going to mention for several reasons. If they start banning players for such trivial stuff, I can imagine there won't be any players left.

I know during the halloween event, trolls were preventing players from completing events by targeting them even if they were under level 50. I reported a few of them with evidence, aparently this was what I had to do. Best part was that this one guy was admitting to griefing in the chat so that was good, solid evidence.
I get it can be fun to challenge other players, NPCs are really stupid and boring but at least have honor in it.

Does this take into account griefing since the new guild war change already enables griefers more, so if they start grinding over you , an you feed them to mobs you get punished because you cant do anything to out grind them.
So that means griefing is going to turn into the norm, since you can grind over people to be a nuisance and then make them flag an you keep comming back they cant declare war because you arent in a guild with enabled war on top of it. Basically banning innocent people...
Just don't flag, problem solved. Eventually they will get tired of you not leaving and leave themselves or they will start to fight you.

Except they dont. They keep trying to grind over top of you an expect the spot to be theres this has happen many many times on seasons.
Their mentality is " i see spot, i will not look for another i will grind over this person or remove mobs from this spot and keep abusing the spot they are at so they make no money and will keep bodying their mobs" often leads them following said person if said person changes spot. This is griefing . They also will abuse server swapping to find streamers or said person.
Edit: Yes it is a extreme example an yes it does happen.
