Giving same reward to player who fought for 20 minutes and to someone who stood on respawn doing nothing but prevent being kicked for AFK is unfair.

RBF reward must reflect player contribution into round. Its very simple to calculate damage/points and give reward based on them rather than giving everyone same reward based on match result. Specially for Shai amount of support - how many playes buffed can be caclulated instead/in addition to damage/point.
