I am Ukrainian. And I don't want to be a part of ru server's content. Now I don't want to touch something they touched, listen to what they say, be in one fight (in BDO) to create fun for them (because a fight is fun anyway), etc. 
I left ru server 1st day of the War. So I don't know what the first speaker talking about. I played since ru p2p servers started and I have an unlimited premium bonus (after they merge p2p and f2p servers). I was one of the participants in the EU vs ru serv war. So I have a really good account there but prefer to start here on the EU server from 0 than stay. I am crying for my PEN Black Stars, Doomhorse with full equipment and fun from the big guild wars. But I will never go back.
It will be great if PA transfers my gear. But I agree this is hard to implement because many of ru server players buy costumes to push gear enchantment. And this is cheaper and not fair. Otherwise, too many old players have equal gear now with shop or without.
Finally, even with all my loyalty without my true_progress the BDO doesn't hold me now. And to be honest I will go to Diablo 4 or Throne and Liberty or any other MMO game (if I will like one of them) with no regrets.
