Hello ^^
The names of the accounts that have not been transferred will be freed after May 31st.
Maybe some of the names you always wanted to have can be used after the date I mentioned above.

Thank you for that lie. I waited right before May 31st 23:59 UTC and activated a Name Change Coupon. At June 1st 0:01 UTC you tell us name changing will be available on June 8th. I'm really unsatisfied how PA communicates with the community! I also created a support ticket about it, but I guess it will never be answered.

I saved the box for 3 months to open it when the names are available = 1st of June. I didn't want to miss the opportunity and opened the box becase you didn't give us any info that the names will not be available right away.
Now you say that the names will be unlocked 7 days later... unfortunately our coupons will expire by then.
I didn't use anything from the box and I didn't want to open it before names are been released which originally supposed to happen today.
What are we supposed to do now?

Well, the only option we have is to buy another coupon for 10 € / 1000 pearls. That was really deceitful by PA...

I also did the same thing: waited for months to open the box, and literally 2 hours before that Notice was published I opened the box assuming I could name change at June 1 UTC. Can you please please help me get my family name change coupon deadline extended to June 9th so I can actually use it?
I waited for so long to do this and I'm really sad I can't use it because that Notice was announced so late.

It only makes sense they would provide some leeway for accounts to transfer that are stuck in support. If you didn't open the boxes or tried to save them PA doesn't owe any anything tbf. Also of course they would expire the coupons before they allowed name changes this is PA after all.
That said, given their support response time and issues people have or are still having with the account transfer I wouldn't be surprised if they pushed it back till the start of July. People shouldn't lose their names due to support issues including volume or their inability to quickly resolve issues. Although granted some did wait till the last minute and as we know shit happens.

So the purge happened...and checking some names, it doesn't seem like ANY got freed up.
