So the purge happened...and checking some names, it doesn't seem like ANY got freed up.
How would you know what names were deleted? You cannot know so all you can see is that the names you tried were not among those that were deleted.

Well... The annoucement says that names will be freed up and usable after maintenance on 8th June.... So of course they are not freed up NOW since it's 4th June ^^

Thank you for that lie. I waited right before May 31st 23:59 UTC and activated a Name Change Coupon. At June 1st 0:01 UTC you tell us name changing will be available on June 8th. I'm really unsatisfied how PA communicates with the community! I also created a support ticket about it, but I guess it will never be answered.
Support answered. They did apologize and were able to help me with my coupon. Faith in PA restored. Thank you!

I sent in a ticket a couple days ago since I opened my box right before the accounts were deleted and they originally said they couldn't help me. But, I just got another response from GMs today saying they sent me new coupons due to the confusion. I wasn't expecting much, so that was really nice of PA to do. So, if you just recently opened your box and your coupon is going to expire before maintenance, I'd send in a ticket for help.

I asked support for an extention and eventually I got new 7-day coupons in my mail.
