And do you see somewhere page showing the number of logged in outside Steam?
No. So its ZERO.
I myself have over 40 BDO accounts. And PA says it's 40 players. ROTFL.
Just because there are no statistics which show the website users, they are none existing?
Steam users are just a "small" part of the whole BDO NA/EU players (maybe 10-20 %), so you can't realy say if the player numbers are rising or getting lower, just by looking at a steam statistics.

Based on what other data pool? People made these same claims about PSO2 NG, but when SEGA confirmed their active player numbers recently turned out 70% of the game's active playerbase played through steam.
These Steam numbers are just a part of the data and drawing conclusions off that table is pure speculation.
PA did many good things for the game, ffs give them some credit. Sure, there’s much more that could be done but “unlimited private zones” is just wrong, as is “pve only servers”. As stated/explained not once above these two won’t work and are bad for the game. It’s a pvp game at its core. I don't understand what’s your problem with the game as it is. It’s an mmo you play with other people, most you can reason with. You can find friends as well as adversaries.

PA has improved the game, but they still have years of piss poor diiscussion making, an game design issues that still hasn't been improved or addressed, like a proper life skill overhaul for every life skill not just increasing gathering rates an adding new fish types in the game that only sell for more money than existing ones.
Also last I checked PA adverties this game as a sandbox MMORPG were player freedom is the core of the game. If PVP is the core of the game way is it pladge with not just balance issues but some of the worest techinical issues I've ever seen in a game, like FPS=DPS. Also were the incentive to even PVP in this game, most games that revolve around PVP content usally reward players who partake in PVP, BDO if your PVPing your not being efficent at making the silver needed to upgrade your gear. If PA really wanted this game to be a PVP game shouldn't they incentivizes PVP content by rewarding people who partake in PVP?
For instance if I walk up an attack someone gathering potatos what am I gaining exactly? Nothing, I'm wasting my time I could be spending grinding to PK someone who now has less incentives to keep playing the game now because they were rudely interrupted from what they were doing an wanted to do an now they're forced to deal with me randomly PKing them for no reason or benefit.

Only a few classes are competitive to be adversaries in spot defense. Other classes are just face roll close to console command dominate. A Ninja or any player who mains one of the top spot defense class will hate to see their victims leaving them.
I challenge anybody who is against the idea of PvE servers and or permanant Marnie's zone. To go play a bottom tier spot defense class. Than come back with straight face and say it again. Getting bullied is only fun to a very small amount of gamers. Most will reject this.

So before it was launched on Steam, BDO didn't exist? ^^

As usual, you label BDO as a pvp game for the sake of your argumentation.
We told you many times that BDO is PvPvE. When we manage to get a spot through owpvp, we get a reward... The spot.
And freedom is important, still some players will use it to be jerks by any possible means. That's human nature.

Only one year and was b2p game with AAA price.
Change New World to f2p and the number of players will increase 100 times.

look i admit black desert ticket is cheap, but it is not really free
and new world ticket is not really so expansive
ff14 use subscription model and has more player than black desert
at best new world will increase its playerbase for 2 months before another collapse
the problem is not the price but the game structure, if people dislike the game make it free will not really improve it, you need to improve ingame to attract people
it is what square enix did with ff14
but it look bad for new world since lost ark is amazon cow milk
