a pen Dandelion was one of the best weapon in game and now they did not include it in getting god weapon i know a c20 Dandelion is almost the same as a pen new god or let a c20 swape for a pen god weapon

This is pretty much the same as blackstar weapon, not an upgrade. Just a way to get pen blackstar in baby steps. Why would they add any c10 exchange options.

1. I hear you, a duo is better than my c7 dande because monster ap.
2. This isn't fallen God armor, so the system is different it looks like.
3. It's still good to keep your C10 dande, just tap a tet blackstar and make a God eye on the side, if you made it better than C10 consider your options?(tet)
4. At the lower tiers there isn't much accuracy compared to boss weapons. So you want to keep them anyways if you pvp.
5. I got a hunch if we get fallen God style weapon boss prolly need c20... (I hope not tho)

they need to make an upgrade to kz/offin that adds monster dmage and makes it red quality item. dunno, Labreskas heart or whatever.

At first, PA should stop lying about grind spots GS requirements when they assume that everyone using blackstar's gear. Because Hexe impossible to do with Kzarka and with boss armor c20 (laberska+ fg), missing like 20-30 AP to actually kill mobs at acceptable speed and like 50 DP not to die from GS they asked.

It also be nice to know which class their basing these recommendations off of too. Even with 20+ AP over the recommended some classes are still unable to grind the zone. Kinda sad that some classes can effectly outgrind others with 40 less AP.

Hexe is hardly the first Monster Zone that's OP at release... Likely they'll do a balance pass in a few weeks if one isn't already in the works. Crypt, Oluns, SE and Ash Forest have all had their difficulty reduced slightly since release so they'd be playable.
