I honestly think there are too many variables and modifiers it's difficult to balance the more complicated it gets.  if they could simplify the backend of the damage and defense modifiers it would be easier to solve from a technical perspective.

I think they created a beast of a system but it's just hard to balance with all the different possibilities of each class vs. each class.

I start playing Sage in the new season and it is fun, but my stamina is gone really fast. DMG in PVP and PVE is really bad and CC´s bad as well. I wanna play this char. but Hp is low so I die really fast in PVP and in PVE I use more HP pots than MP. Mana consumption is good but without the DMG is for nothing coz cooldowns are pretty long for some skills so the skill that I can use wont kill in PVP usually, STA is bad as well, and that consumption when porting like what is this? Yes, u can change from awa to pre awa by porting so u use skills in pre awa and awa consecutive, but after using 3 ports my stamina is gone, and in PVP that means DEAD. Sage needs more HP more DMG in PVE and PVP and better stamina consumption. Whit Everything else I can work around but this is needed coz now it's almost unplayable.

What PA does not realize is.....

they need to redesign the old combat systems in BDO

Do away with the 5-point attack speed, critical rate, movement speed thing..... what is it anyway? tied to some nonsense crystal system?

When new people start playing BDO, they literally need an experienced player to explain how this all even works....

You are talking about the UI element helping....

Im talking about food, elixir's and crystals maxxing out these stats with no room for further improvments. The system is redundant.

New players get some sense of completing these 5 points, then think they are strong and fast.... but they are not. Not without skills and AP.

There is no bridge between this combat system and skill points and AP+DP. These things are scattered and sloppy. Like some ugly mosaic that finally makes an image when you slap it all together.

Yeah that 5level stats are kinda pointless, there is no meaning behind them, it's way too easy to max them. They should be deleted and replaced with proper secondary stat system what exits in literately every other game.

And the gems are extremely unbalanced, basically there is 1-2 viable ones per slot, the rest is trash.

  You can earn without op classes. you just need the right pvp and pve metas.
  The problem with the meta begins with the fact that the pvp component is severely cut and exists only in the form of a rudiment from PvE, the one and only pvp server is most interesting for the masses with its drop buff. I won't include arenas and sieges here, it's really different, more of a sport than entertainment and doesn't feel like an adventure.

  If PvE existed separately from PvP, then the PvE meta, along with a huge world without teleports, would serve for earnings much more effectively. A properly built PvE meta would encourage having 2 or even 3 sets of tagged characters loaded with weight, slots, and styles. PvP will not be able to do this, because for pvp you need one or maybe 2 base chars, or a lot of time. Free time and free money are parallel concepts.

  If we consider this very question, but go from the opposite, then we will have a greater integration of pvp in pve and it will not lead to anything except the need to have a tagged character with equipment for pvp. Therefore, pvp for the commercial basis of its existence, as well as the existence of class balance, should develop in separate zones from standard pve. For example, somewhere in the sea, on certain islands or in some temporary locations where mobs are designed to level the differences in the pve abilities of different classes. The problem is to create all these metas and not have them burn out the game in 2-3 years.

Awakening warrior is too strong on Arena of Solare, first season, after few days, nothing change compare to preseason, 14 warriors in top 100, 12/14 are Awakening warriors. His buff +26 ap on block is too much, this class is too fast with casting their skills and make too much damage. Block which give +26 ap, forward guard and super armor is insane and make this class almost impossible to cc. Only classes with grab get a chance, but not every class got this.

Sorc - too much damage, too much iframe, really hard to catch with slower class.

Succession Mystic/Striker - too much cc, this classes is really tanky, one of the best in game. When mystic or striker grab you are dead and lie on a ground till you will be dead.

Awakening Lahn - this is assasin or tank? If assasin with high mobility that why this class is so protected and got so many hp recovery on movement skills?

Succession Drakania - huge damage on slow skills which is easy to dodge. If this class should be slow tank give her block compare to Valk or Warrior.

Ninja/Kunoichi - the same as sorc, but with grab. Almost impossible to catch in pvp.

Berserker - 3 grabs for one class? This class can cc every class in pvp, This amount of skills with grabs is too much if game don't give us protection against grapple. 

Awakening Valkyrie - PA please tell us what is this class, this is tank? If yes why she got dashes as musa? Really fast class with a lot of damage in pvp. Her protection and this how she is tanky is weird, awakening valkyrie can fight against every class.

Musa - Best SA trader in game.

What show us Arena of Solare? If you fight against team made by classes with grab you will throw from hand to hand. Maybe classes without grab should get additional effect on some skills "Cannot be grapple during the skill"?

I dont see many if any awaken kunos on any of the lists in top 100 in each region so idk what you mean "kuno" is to hard to catch if she was hard to catch more of them would be in top 100 ...

Also iframe is meant to counter grab... But latency seems to make that not work properly

It seems to me a pity, because this game has an incredible potential. If the developers  listen to the good ideas of the community .. I am sure that the game would work much better.

I think before adding new classes, they should balance well those there. It makes no sense to add very strong new classes .. while there are many other obsolete and forgotten classes

It is clear that the developers do not know their own game. As a Shai player I was quite clear to me.

I feel the developers always look for the easy way, take new classes so that people get excited with the game for some months ... but this does not work forever.

I've been playing 4 years ... and I have the feeling that there are more and more people who leave the game, and there are less and fewer new players
