stop buffing classes over and over and over and start dish out nerfs.

Normaly people would throw some suggestions. I dont think they want classes to feel weak imo. Better off to buff the weaker classes and make wizard with better mobility!

The funny part is they said that they not gona nerf classes but bufs those ho needs to level of strong classes. Yet they introdused some dumb nerfs...
