We (the Shais of BDO) wanted to form a list for the forums of issues that players feel have been neglected and would like to see changed or resolved. This poll results from turmoil in the community, which has overflowed with animosity following the loss of misty haze. The class, further impacted by our unstable performance in Solare, the changing PVP meta, and more, has forced us into taking action as a community. This record is necessary to start the resolution process in the hope of retaining some of the good faith that players had gained over the last six months. The following poll includes the vote on all who agree with the statements and those who do not. We hope this will show the consensus on where the players stand regarding each issue. Votes in support meant a player felt the case was a problem and downvotes related to the players who did not feel it was an issue. This message is not here to discuss the past but to note the present state of the class and look toward future resolutions.

This system of ignoring old classes in order to constantly release OP new ones is great for FOTM rerollers, but miserable for players loyal to their class :/

I have been playing this class since its release in 2019, perhaps I will highlight the most painful shortcomings.

EXACTLY none of this will be changed or made better. If it didn't originate in KR, they don't care.

They might want to adjust Shai's boomerang skateboard so that it can have a reduction in cooldown. The problem is that with a new character, you can use your skateboard at maximum stamina but if you have over level 30 in your stamina (plus books and other things) your skateboard runs out between 50 - 60% unless you boost but even boosting won't let you reach near 0%. You then have to wait a full 10 seconds if you used boost and your stamina will have recovered before hand.

I recommend a -3 seconds for the full boost cool down and -1 second for the regular.

Why? Isn't this OP? No, because Lahn and Drakania Awakening is easily better. I don't know too much about all the other classes but from my understanding Shai is severely lacking. If she's meant to be a lifeskill class, she should have skills that befits her more for lifeskill. Improved shai skateboard would fit in that category I think.

As a bonus, shai should have fall damage reduction or immunity while using skateboard rather than doubling the damage fall that currently exist. I don't know why fall damage is increased when you're skateboarding.
