Warrior taunt skill - war cry - bug?

I have noticed that the skill from warrior "War Cry" after reboot don´t draw the attention of surrounding foes like before the reboot.
This skill had a "taunt" like Valkyrie`s "Heaven´s Echo", Mystic`s "Crouching Wolf" or Wizard`s "Magic Lighthouse". I have used it often
before reboot but now its gone. Is it a bug or is it on purpose? i would wish the warrior get this taunt back again because i don´t like play
female classes und the warrior was the only male class with a shield and taunt.
