I know I keep complaining about this but it's so easily fixed!!!! Now half the (...) pearl update is unavailable in BE and NL. Last month even though I'd already spent enough pearls to be eligible for the spending rewards, I couldn't even get the 30% off coupon because it was bundled with an RNG box and instead of having the simple claim button as before, it cost 1 simbolic F-U loyalty because that disables it for purchase here. Taking the money and giving less in return. All they had to do was separate the 30% coupon from the RNG stuff.

Are they actively TRYING to shut us out?

As I've said so many times before, I don't need the pearl-costing boxes, I mean I'd buy them if available to me, but what frustrates is all the silver and loyalty costing things and even spending rewards we just can't get. They have NOTHING to do with the gambling law as you pay no real money for them. 1 loyalty. 710 silver. That is less than a sneeze in this game and yet we're excluded? Why? Just because it happens to be in the pearl shop? We have Jetina seals and all kinds of stuff like that. The solution is so darn simple - add these things to NPCs! 

This way you don't have to exclude 2 whole countries from almost every single (...) offer you make. "Can't thank you enough" is something PA has the most terrible of track records showing. Stop excluding 2 whole countries where the fix is so easy. Sheesh. Lazy, greedy, unbelievably tone-deaf.

and before everyone who doesnt live here starts flooding in with "blame your government", "use VPN", "it is what it is" - PA makes these bundles and could give them to NPCs like in so many events, not the government. Plus, we're talking actually free stuff here. The game itself is one giant lootbox you can buy, should the whole game just get a ban? If they list all the odds it is actually fine - and again for the loyalty and silver, there's no money involved. And the spending rewards thing? Separate the discount coupon from the unavailable RNG crap. I feel like I'm being punished simply for living here. Such easy fixes. But they don't give a flying f. "Thank you" my smelly behind.

"It is what it is" - must be nice not having to deal with being discriminated against just because of the country you live in, for stuff that really shouldn't be banned.

You cannot trade these items to gain money in BDO. Trading in the first place is disabled. And does loyalty cost money? No. Does what you get from the box have economical value? No, so why can't we buy RNG boxes for loyalty? 

The truth of the matter is that there's easy solutions, even where none should be necessary, but none are offered and stuff doesn't get unblocked. 2 Countries get excluded from free stuff others do get, for the heck of it. It's just asynine.

So, I'm going to ask again, please, devs, 'KR Overlords', Pearl Abyss... can you please fix these things that are easy to fix and can you please stop excluding 2 countries from everything? Especially what costs silver or loyalty, because that just makes 0 sense at all. Add it to NPCs if you have to. Paying 710 silver in the pearl shop or to an NPC matters not, but in this strange context seems to make a world of difference.

EDIT: funny how few people actually read. The things I predicted people would say they say, or they try to spin it into something I haven't said, which they'd known if they'd read it. People disliking the OP: it must be nice not having these issues, huh? Just keep on making fun, until this stuff affects yourself. Almost no one cares about equal treatment though it seems.

In the end, it really depends on how PA feels about its own CS system. 

And clearly, PA feels really uneasy about these anti-gambling laws, to the point of being absurd.

LOL yes, get VPN and change country right away. Blaming government and gambling laws is correct. Find ways to go around it as permanently as you can because you know that they are becoming like China, maybe worse. Hope you like the world economic forum because you're at ground zero for that stuff. If I were you, I'd try my best to physically leave that area before it gets worse but then again, it might already be checkmate for the world.

I know it sucks that you would have to start over but seriously, it's better now than later because you know those countries are turning into a political and economical wasteland. Play on the NA servers, while our politicians suck at the moment there's a small chance things will turn around in November so you probably won't have to worry about such regulations. Good luck, facism was never a choice to get, it's a choice to keep.

Leaving the country is not an option (as of now), but I wonder if you even read the post, as I clearly stated VPN does not work and PA makes these bundles and decisions, we're talking about free stuff here. This has NOTHING to do with the actual anti-gambling laws. It's so easy to blame the government (and I would love to, don't get me wrong, I don't like the political party at all that's been the biggest for years and years now) but in this case, it is not their fault. 

Stopping addiction and such is one thing. PA blocking free stuff is entirely another.

2. From a legal point of view, BDO should not be available in your country at all because the whole game is a virtual casino.

You clearly haven't read the post, so please do that first. If you had you would've known your comment adds nothing.

I hope the rest of the world gets similar laws soon, too. The Diablo Immortal uproar may help. These current absolutely predatory business models just ruin games and people´s lifes.

If you don't like it, don't buy it. Screetching on a noname forum doesn't change anything.

Games ain't a charity service, and noone force you to play with them, especially not to spend money on them.
