TLDR: If you're like me and you tend to whale on cosmetics in games then you need to make sure everything is still there!

I'm new to the forums but I've been with this game for years now. I've always been sort of a collector of cosmetics. I'm the get fancy clothes take gorgeous screenshots, but never really reach endgame kind of player. I've been off BDO since around the end of the Corsair season and I returned to check on how the game was coming along as well as dabble in the new class. You know...buy some cosmetics and take some pics kinda day. While I was scrolling through my roster however I noticed something odd. My Striker was clearly not wearing his Blazing Inferno Shoes. I dug deep into every storage pearl and otherwise and still nothing. So I thought I must have made some mistake and figured I'd just buy the shoes again and call it a day. But then I realized my Maewha was missing her Order of the Apricot Gloves! How could I have missed that? The gloves are the coolest part of that set in my opinion. I repurchased the gloves, and after wasting 800 pearls on things mysteriously disappearing I began to dig deeper.

I thought it strange because I almost never play either of those classes. Sure enough however upon further inspection, every single character that I owned either a classic or premium armor set on was missing either the boots the gloves sometimes both, and even the odd helm. In total 22 items that I had spent real money on for the complete set from the pearl shop, went missing. I have submitted my ticket and I'm just praying that BDO supports me as I have supported them but I'm just trying to bring this to others' attention. Recent posts from other players and even youtube videos showing the same problem occurring all within this latest patch cycle have garnered little to no attention. Maybe change the topic name to "make sure you read all the updates before posting inaccurate doodoo on the forums". I get your mistake but it's actually your mistake and you ran here to immediately and incorrectly condemn the developers of deleting your cash shop purchases. So you should correct your mistake instead of leaving it stand as misinformation.

For the explanation, Devs separated gloves and boots from the main armor on several outfits, so instead of keeping these parts on the character, they sent them in this city storage.
