Noone is forced to work, slavery is illegal. It's their own choice.

Also we already know why game devs are paid less than other devs. It's due to wannable kids, who chasing their "muh I will be a game developer when I will be big" dreams, and as they stand in long lines at the doors of big game companies, they push down the wages (you know supply and demand).

The fun part is that devs, who are actually skilled and competent have enough brain to switch to other fields(which pays better), hence the drop in quality of nowdays games, as wannable gamedevs usually aren't very skilled, unfortunately...

Tell that to people who are in thousands of dollars of debt and can't afford not to work.

Just work at a different company? duh 200iq, but yeah, they aren't exploited for no reason, they are dumb.

When you switch a job, you supposed to send cv and go to interviews while still working on your old job, and only leave when you already got your offer on your new jobb. Kinda funny someone considers himself educated person and doesn't even know such basics.

Well... Really efficient in theory, but when a situation is really comfortable for some employers, you can be sure they will nearly all blacklist any employee who dares to make objections.

"That's how it works in this job"... "this is a job you make by passion"... And by making it a "standard", employers make it really difficult for game devs to switch jobs while staying in their favorite field. That's too easy to blame "wannabe kids/game devs" when employers seize this opportunity to ignore laws. I seriously doubt that many developed countries tolerate unpaid hours because "that's how it works".

So when you say "no one is forced to work"... Well sometimes the only difference is that they're not directly threatened. 

Just to bring it back to this rehash of enhancing P2W trash that it is. The reason why Im so mad & so sick of these system is: I started in 2017 I want to be DONE! DONE! I want to be geared! And I want my gear to be DONE! I want to experience content not GAMBLING GEAR! MAKE CONTENT! I'll PAY for content! But I want my stupid gear to be done & I want to explore new places because they bring something new to the table not just more FREAKING GAMBLING!!!!!

Its gross and disgusting. This system is trash. It shouldn't take a lifetime of grinding to finish your stupid gear.

So how extactly does your game work. Well you grind these new zones & get these new gems. OK

Then you need memory fragments to repair the gear when it fails but you don't get those from fighting the new mobs for the gems so you just have to hope other players are selling them or get them other ways. OK

Sounds pretty convoluted . Don't worry you can pay me and I'll make sure those Memory Framgments give you 5x the longivity over the people who don't pay me.

How much is this going to cost me. Well it increases the closer you get to the end so since you seemed to put about 40-60 hours into this one item already; Ill cut you a deal & it will be $30 to try your next upgrade.

I see whats the sucess rate? Less than 5%. But, come on man, you worked so hard to get this to TRI and you are only 2 clicks away from it being done!!!

You do know I can buy games for less than $30 in todays market and get thousands of hours of gameplay out of them; right? Yeah but does it glow purple?

Hence why I said,  if the game gave accessibility to upgrade materials like Cron's that could be aquired regularly without having to spend real money it would be more balanced.  Working on my BS now I can't even see any end in site as to how much time I'm going to have to invest based on this fact alone and there is no way I'm going to buy outfits for Cron's.  I know the thousands of Cron's I have right now could be gone within  a few minutes as well.

Pigeon holed into the same areas based on GS with a very long process ahead. I guess I could play the Caphras game at something like 29403 for 20 but the drop rate of those is not exactly anything to get exited about either.

But you can buy the crones with silver. I guess you want them for free?
