Precisely and stop crying for handouts. If you don't like the game just move on. Leave the forum too, stop trying to break the game. Enhancing works fine. You can pay with money or time. BiS gear should be very hard to get.

I've been playing since 2016 and am far from being finished with my gear.  I need more than 300 billion to be full C20 and 2x PEN Disto.  But even when we do reach our final builds, the grind will not stop.  Fallen God Boots and Gloves will release, Fallen God weapons, and then full TRI FG will be META, and eventually full TET FG will be META.  "The Adventure Never Ends" is one of BDO's mottos...you'll never be fully finished with your gear.

Believe me, when I think of how much more silver I need for 2x PEN Disto, I die inside.  How TF am I gonna grind up 300 BILLION in a reasonable amount of time and sanity?  IDK.  Just chug on, I guess.  But TBH, BDO is about the journey, not the destination.  If you're not enjoying the journey and only see the end-all-be-all, then IDK if that's the right mentality to play this game.  Maybe fill in that time with other goals.  Have you finished Infinite Pots?  All Cups?

I agree, the enhancing system is garbage.  We should be able to reach 100% success rate somehow or at some point instead of being hard capped at 90%.  Why we can't reach 100% through enhancing is clearly set up this way to maximize profits, they don't even try to hide it.  It's really scummy.  At least there's a way to circumvent it by grinding and buying.  But damn.  2x PEN Disto is where I'm at and TBH, I freaking die a little inside when thinking of grinding up 300+ BILLION for them x________x.  Or trying my RNG to eventually die even more when it fails.

That's the game, though.  Top End Items = Top End Grind / Top End P2W / Top End Luck.  Shrug.  ~_~

Yes and the Map. Wasted months trying to finish the compass. Have killed Bloodstorm Nouver enough for the entire outfit. ANd will work on the Lungs after I finish the Vell's upgrade. But all of that is ACTUAL content. And not gambling gear.

Funny thing, I think 167hrs to be "just enough" to get your feet wet in an MMO. Maybe 1000 hours is enough to get a general idea on the game but you'll need much more than that to give a fair review of the game. I know FF14 is horribly boring until you reach end-game in terms of combat. Do you review your experience until you reached end-game or do you review only once you start to enjoy the game? To reach end-game it's usually around the amount of time it would take someone to learn a new language fluently. Pretty crazy if you think about that.

Technically enchanting that two distros from base would be only around 200b. Tho you might would be unlucky but that margin is kinda large here.

Yeah, well, my original point stands.  BDO is about the "adventure", the journey, if you will.  Basically, the grind.  RNG is a part of the game, but not mandatory, it is possible (as hardcore of a grind it may be) to get full BiS with little to no enhancing.  Top shelf items (like PEN Disto) shouldn't be "easy" to get, BDO's always been that way.  Best items are always hard to get, barring ungodly RNG carry.

Thinking about trying to enhance for them.  Multiple 200+ FS.  No 250's yet, but I don't enhance that much compared to some other folks.  Still undecided.  For now, am just chugging along.  But I do enjoy the "adventure" for the most part.  2x PEN Disto isn't my only goal right now.

Have you guys purchaced you $500 in scratch-off's this week so you can fail TET Godr as many times as I have? Isn't this "Gameplay" AMAZING and so awsome that I need to defend it everytime someone points out that its not really a video game but a casino where you cant even cash out if you win the lottery. It's just so awsome. Im so glad that im griding this minnium wage job *cough* BDO so that silver buyers can get all the BIS gear while I have to gamble for it. Or just work at my job of grinding BDO for months & months & months and get what they can swipe right and buy in a day. A+ content. Best game EVER! :|
