don't even had to go to the website. loading into the game pops that stuff up in your face like ads on any website.

i don't even blame junie as i unconsciously block that crap out of my field of view.

i do agree the system is so clunky.

i do agree as a paying customer for a season pass that would trigger me.

i dunno i sympathize with both sides, even if some people were more hostile than it need to be, no offense. i get it. this game and the devs just piss the customers off.

"Informed yourself"... A fellow player is feeling stressed over the mechanics and clunky progression, and what do we do? Punch them in the gut.

I think the point she's trying to make is a valid one, a lot of these mechanics are arbitrary and clunky. They haven't finished the class yet, so they provide a unusual convoluted ritual to compensate and then bury it in "black and white" on the website. I feel that playing the game is more like work, chores and schedule parsing sometimes.

But more importantly, her complaints are valid, let's not use the "why didn't you read the manual" nonsense! Please.

A good community helps a game succeed. Let's be one, yeah?

No one is denying how awful the Drakania season was. I hated every minute of it. But OP is asking why it wasn't made more obvious on when season was ending and complaining they lost their rewards as a result. It was literally plastered everywhere in-game and on the website. The season end-date is never pushed up, but pushed back instead. If OP knew about season, they would have known when it originally was ending and made that deadline and not the extended deadline. Knowing there was an extension means you would know when it would end. OP had no one to blame but themself.

One time they said they were turning off the servers at 4am EST and did it at 2AM EST. I even had screenshots somewhere because the webpage was still open in the background. They didn't apologize for doing it early, I lost all my season rewards and wasted a whole evening grinding and catching up. I was a few minutes away from submitting my last things and got disconnected. That would be PA's fault, not mine because I was extremely busy with life/work and couldn't play enough but forced myself to do it and only had maybe 2hrs of sleep that night. THAT is a reasonable complaint. But OP had no idea what day it would end when it was everywhere. That's just ignorance.
